How to apply for a revaluation (SDE) School of Distance Education ?


Simply follow the below rules

1.  Download the revaluation form (You can find an attached image of revaluation form ) from the below link address :   Revaluation Form

      2. Fill the Details as per your Examination Hallticket

• Name :
• Sex :
• Name of Examination, month and year/semester 
• Register Number
• College/center at which he/she took the examination  

Subject(s) and paper(s) for which revaluation is required (Part/Branch/Group/Main/Subsidiary etc. if any should also be specifically stated in addition to the title of paper(s). Use separate sheet, if necessary

• Sl. No  Part/ Branch . Title of the paper(s) Marks secured Maximum marks

"Please Dont write anything on the column For Office only "

• Whether the candidate has applied for scrutiny of marks in any of the answer books applied for revaluation. If so, give details :(If yes the result of scrutiny to be attached)
• Address to which result of revaluation is to be communicated. (in block letters) : It should be your communication Address
• Sign It 

3.The things to be in your mind while drawing a DD from a Bank

• Cost of Revaluation of per subject is 500 INR and please add 10 rs for the Application form if you have downloaded from the Net
